The library provides the Vivian Stark McCallum Room as a public meeting place for use by government agencies and nonprofit organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, recreational, or charitable activities.
The McCallum Room seats up to 80 people and may be reserved up to two months in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. No fees are charged for meeting room use. The McCallum Room is not intended for recurring classes or meetings.
Reservation requests for the Vivian Stark McCallum Room can be made in person at the 1st floor Ask Us desk or by filling out the form on this page. We do not accept applications by fax. Download a copy of the meeting room guidelines for a complete list of room reservation requirements.
Please note: No reservation for the McCallum Room shall be legally binding. The Library Director may cancel any room reservation or display at any time, with or without cause.
