Frisco Public Library offers a constantly changing schedule of adult classes on computers and other topics. Please check back often to see upcoming classes.

Computer Classes

The Frisco Public Library offers free computer classes that are open to the public. An introductory computer course is offered the first Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. Other computer classes are held on the third and fourth Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. Registration isrequired for all classes. Please check back here for more courses and program schedules as they become available.

Please note: Registration will begin two weeks prior to the course and is limited. Registration is also in person, and we request that you sign up at the first floor 'Ask Us' Desk at the library.  We hope you will join us.

Intro to Access
July 24, 2008
Thursday, 7 p.m.


 

You will learn the Microsoft Access basics for creating databases that will help you manage and use all the information you deal with daily. The course will cover the fundamentals of simple database design, building data tables and querying and retrieving the information you need from the database.




Intro to Excel
July 31, 2008
Thursday, 7 p.m.


This class will introduce you to the basics of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program. You will learn how to create an Excel spreadsheet, create formulas and text entries, and format and print the spreadsheet.
